That’s why we are one of the only security companies on the market to offer a dedicated incident response service, designed to execute rapid damage limitation in any emergency and ensure the safety of your staff, customers and premises at any time of the day or night.

Our DGCS incident response unit
All of our security personnel are fully qualified, equipped with an SIA licence and have full training in their field. They will be deployed within moments of your emergency alarm being triggered, arriving in full uniform to act as a point-of-contact for those on-site and a highly effective visual deterrent for criminals.
DGCS patrol security guards are already active in several locations, including London, Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. DGCS incident response team security officers can contact and liaise with the emergency services if necessary, as well as arranging services such as locksmiths or glaziers. If new windows or doors cannot be fitted immediately, our guards will arrange for the site to be boarded up and secure before they leave.
